The current information on an entry, which has been recorded but the binding date has not been reached is the following:

Improvement

This might be confusing if users just recorded the entry and expect the report to be readable now. There is no information that the binding date is important as well. Simply extend the current message, so it will be clear that an entry has to be recorded and the binding date needs to be reached due to possible revocations until this date.
