Status quo

PIK ("Produktionsintegrierte Maßnahmen") are special types of compensations, like cef or coherence-keeping ones. For now a new compensation can not be declared to be a PIK compensation (we keep the shortcut term, despite the fact it's German).

Following a request from MKUEM we can think of adding is_pik as a simple boolean checkbox next to is_cef and is_coherence_keeping in the compensation form.

Feature

is_pik points out whether a compensation is a PIK compensation or not. This allows future evaluation of these entries automatically. The compensation form should be extended to hold such a checkbox.

As stated by MKUEM, we need to provide PIK selectability for all kinds of compensations (regular KOMs, OEKs and EMAs).
