Status quo

The setup command contains some prefilling of the database, such as a superuser, some test organizations and so on.

Enhancement

Due to the refactoring onto KonovaCode models for everything, including e.g. organizations, there are some updates to do in this setup command:

Remove auto adding of test organizations
Include update_codelist inside of setup calling.
