Status quo

There are minor edges, which do not feel or read as good as they could and should:

From-to fields on report form should have help texts, so it's clear the from and to datefields refer to the date of creation of the entries and none of the dates like registration or binding data
Switch order of columns on generated reports: Put total as first column, which makes it easier to understand the columns checked and recorded afterwards. (Might be discussed further)
Helptext on eco account deductions report: What does recorded mean on a deduction (which can not be recorded itself). Make clear the recording state of the intervention is used to view a deduction as recorded
Old entries report before 18.06.2018 should be changed into binding date before 18.06.2018. This way it's clear the entry's binding date is evaluated, not the creation date.
Optimize strange looking indented layout on overview title's
We are still missing an impressum. Simply redirect a click to https://naturschutz.rlp.de/index.php?q=impressum
