Status quo

Resubmissions (dt. "Wiedervorlage") do not exist in Konova.

Feature

Resubmissions could be implemented using a new ModalForm, providing a date and comment field. The date defines when an automatic mail to the performing user will be send, the comment field is optional and can be used by the performing user as a reminder on why this resubmission has been set in the first place.
