Status quo

Related deductions can be removed from an eco account's detail view. Deductions which are related to an already recorded intervention, can be deleted as well. The related intervention will be unrecorded automatically by this action.

Fix

Deductions, which are related to an already recorded intervention, should not be deletable. Instead render the default "Data is recorded and cannot be edited" message.

Deleting deductions related to an unrecorded intervention is fine and works as intended.
