Status quo

A payment can be added without any hint to upload a proper document with it.

The SNU needs the official document which states how much the payment is supposed to be. Users should be notified on this loose-requirement.

Enhancement

Add a red hint (similar to other already existing hints) to the document box on interventions in case of existing payments but no uploaded documents.

If a document is uploaded and a payment exists, the sending to EGON should be triggered again.
