Status quo

Due to historic reasons, identifiers could be edited by the users. Old entries poped up, which misused this freedom by e.g. simply entering the title of the entry as identifier.

Change

To make sure there will not be any misuse anymore, we will make the identifier fields for all forms read-only, so that new identifiers can be generated using the provided button but users are not able to set them on their own.
