Status quo

Schneider provides intersection functions with differen data types, stored on the alkis and odatx database.

For Konova it should replace the currently used LVermGeo WFS for parcels, since there are certain problems with this particular service like spontaneously connection aborts.

Feature

Replace the WFS parcel intersection handling with Schneider handling.
