Status quo

All mails, related to sharing, recording, checking, and so on, contain the identifier and title of an object. If one wants to know where this entry is located, the system and the detail view needs to be opened.

Enhancement

The geolocated info - if already calculated - could be added in the mail template as well. This way the mails provide more information on the entry, which makes it easier for the recipient e.g. to decide which colleague is in charge of this area.
