Status quo

fundings is part of the AbstractCompensation and dervied from the Kombinationsmaßnahmen of the successor system. However, this feature has only been used for 0.23% of all KOMs, 6,03% of all EMAs and 0,68% of all OEKs. As discussed with the ministry of environment, we are going to drop this information on konova for simplification and minimizing of the data models.

ToDo

Remove fundings from the data model and all of the forms and other contexts.

Update

During migration the existing funding data should be moved into the comment field of a model. We drop the funding support completely!
