Status quo

Shareable data can be shared with any user in the system. This is an alternative of sending a share link e.g. via mail. Currently matching users can be seen as possible matches for the given username.

Enhancement

Due to clear name usernames, such as 'max.mustermann' there might be privacy concerns, if a user enters 'max' and might be able to see different users known to konova, based on having the same first name.

Instead, only full matching usernames should be provided as selection. This means entering 'max' won't lead to the listing of differen users, having 'max' in their username, but the whole 'max.mustermann' needs to be inserted.

This makes it necessary to provide the full username of another user to share access to the data.
