Status quo

The tooltip while hovering over the recorded icon on deductions of an unrecorded eco account do not seem to be rendered properly: Neither recording user nor recording date seems to be pasted into the template, resulting in a rather stupid string: "Verzeichnet am von "

This behaviour seems to be related to the fact that the eco account is unrecorded at the moment. A recorded eco account properly renders it's deductions recording info.
