Status quo

Currently deductions are handled like payments on the public reports: quite intransparent due to reasons, we anticipated back in the day.
An eco account does not show the available rest of it's deductable surface nor does it show its deduction's amount of deducted surface per intervention.

ToDo

After discussion with MLWUF we want

Available rest surface on the public report, just as it can be seen in the internal frontend
Amount of deducted surface per intervention
