We have this nice shortcut on the landing page for creating new deductions.
However, this still does not open anything - has no function at all.
Improvement
Simply open a new deduction modal with empty account and intervention field, so both fields need to be selected by the user.

After some pro-con discussion, we discontinue this button. It's not the best workflow if new deductions can be created right away from the landing page. Instead the users should open the intervention or eco account first and then create a new deduction from there.
