Status quo

The recorded state is reset once a deduction is saved for this account.

That does not make any sense, since the eco account needs to be recorded, so deductions are possible.

Fix

Do not reset the recorded state on eco accounts in case of new created deductions.

Error does only occur if the deduction is created from the detail view of the ecoaccount itself. It seems that it's handled like any other change of the related data, which - of course- should reset the recorded state.
